In 2020, Aroma Latin Fusion was introduced as a high-end dining experience aimed at elevating latin cuisine to new heights. Despite challenges, including the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Aroma Latin Fusion opened its doors, captivating diners with its innovative menu and elegant ambiance. The restaurant quickly gained acclaim for its fusion of traditional latin flavors with modern culinary techniques, attracting diners from near and far.

Antonio Poggi brings 18 years of gastronomic experience to his role as head chef.

Antonio Poggi, born in Peru and a graduate in Hospitality and Tourism, brings 18 years of gastronomic experience to his role as head chef at Aroma Latin Fusion. Having led his own restaurant for 12 years, Antonio moved to the USA in 2015 to introduce his culinary creations. At 34, he now offers a diverse array of South American dishes, each with a unique flair, at Aroma Latin Fusion.

Antonio is thrilled about this new opportunity and is eager to delight the most discerning palates in the metropolitan area.
